From December 8 to 10, international competitions in koresh belt wrestling were held in Baku (Azerbaijan). Based on the results of the final stage of the tournament, 5 sets of awards were awarded in 65kg, 75kg, 85kg, 100kg and absolute weight categories.
As part of the delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan, world champions in koresh Ranis Gilyazetdinov, Bulat Musin, Islam Falyakhov, Dinar Karimullin and other wrestlers conducted master classes for the Association of National Sports of Azerbaijan.
Earlier in 2022, the delegation of the Koresh Federation of Russia took part in the international festival “Yaylag”, which took place from July 29 to 31 in the area “Khan Yaylagy”, located near the city of Ganja in Azerbaijan.
