Memorandum of Cooperation Signed Between Uzbek State University and the International Kurash Federation

On October 17, the Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports hosted the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the university and the International Kurash Federation.

The document was signed by Ravil Nogumanov, Chairman of the International Kurash Federation, and Rashid Matkarimov, Rector of the Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports.

The agreement opens new opportunities for the development of this national sport and for strengthening international sporting relations — including cooperation with partner universities of the Kurash Federation, such as the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sport, and Tourism.

The signing ceremony took place within the framework of the international tournament “Friendship Cup,” symbolizing the unity of the sports community and a shared commitment to promoting national sports.
