From December 11 to 13, large‑scale koresh belt wrestling events took place at the Kuma Team Gym in Dubai: master classes and international competitions.
A delegation of the Koresh Federation headed by Ravil Nogumanov, Chairman of the Board, arrived in the United Arab Emirates to participate in the events.
A special part of the program was a combined master class in Greco‑Roman wrestling and koresh. It was held by famous athletes:
Russian champion in Greco‑Roman wrestling, winner of the koresh World Cup, master of sports of international class Marat Garipov. As well as multiple Russian champions, multiple world champions, winners of major multisport competitions, Dinar Karimullin, Azat Gabdrashitov, Ranis Gilyazetdinov, Artur Khakimov, Rail Salakhutdinov and Radik Salakhov.
The events aroused great interest among martial arts fans and made a significant contribution to the popularization of koresh in the international arena. The participants and guests highly appreciated the level of organization and emphasized the value of the experience gained.
