On June 8, a koresh belt wrestling tournament was held in the Khachmaz region of Azerbaijan during the Sabantuy holiday, in which more than 50 athletes from different regions of the country took part.
Among the honored guests of the competition were the Olympic champion, Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee of Azerbaijan Zemfira Meftakhetdinova, Vice-President of the Association of National Sports of Azerbaijan Samir Abdullayev, as well as heads of various public organizations and representatives of the municipal administration.
