Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov presented Ravil Nogumanov with the badge of Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan

Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov presented the Vice-President of the Koresh Federation of Russia Ravil Nogumanov with the badge of honor of the title "Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan".

The ceremony took place as part of the plenary session of the XVII forum "Business Partners of Tatarstan", which was attended by representatives of 13 countries and 60 regions of Russia.

The forum was organized by the World Congress of Tatars under the leadership of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of Tatars Vasil Shaikhraziev.
