President of the International Koresh Federation Dzhaudat Minnakhmetov and Vice-President of the Federation Ravil Nogumanov took part in the 6th festival of Ethnosport Culture festival under the auspices of the World Confederation of Ethnosports. Representatives from 30 countries took part in the festival, which took place in Istanbul.
The festival program includes traditional sports and games, traditional arts, gastronomy, and performing arts. Guests will be able to try their hand at archery and horse riding under the guidance of professionals, and master classes on the festival grounds will allow them to become familiar with traditional arts.
Dzhaudat Minnakhmetov and Ravil Nogumanov also took part in the 8th meeting of the members of the World Ethnosport Confederation, which took place as part of the Festival in Istanbul.
Bilal Erdogan, President of the World Ethnic Sports Confederation: “We organized our first festival in Istanbul in the Küçükçekmece district in 2016 and saw that the citizens really liked it, so we decided to hold it on an ongoing basis. Our festival takes place in Istanbul, and Istanbul is the place meeting people from all over the world, because it is one of the most accessible cities."
